What is a OneCart Wallet?

A OneCart Wallet is a digital wallet found in your profile under 'My OneCart Wallet'. You can use your OneCart Wallet to shop on OneCart and pay - or partially pay for future purchases.
Cancelled orders and out of stock items will be refunded into your OneCart Wallet.
How do I get funds in my OneCart Wallet?
For items that weren’t available or substituted for cheaper items, a refund will be immediately processed to your OneCart wallet once your personal shopper has concluded shopping.

How do I get my money back into my bank account?
If you’d like the funds transferred back into your bank account instead, follow these 4 easy steps below:

• Step 1: Ensure you’re logged into your profile on the OneCart website or app.
• Step 2: Navigate to 'My OneCart Wallet'.
• Step 3: You will have up to three different routes you can choose to action the refund: Refund straight to your bank account, refund to the card you used in the previous transaction, or a refund via Ozow (EFT).
• Step 4: Follow the prompts, complete all checks required, and select ‘Refund Now/Refund All Now’ at the end.
