Fear not, we haven’t taken your money and run for the hills.
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email from us, confirming your order and detailing each item, the price you’ve paid and the shop you ordered from.
You will receive an SMS or In-app notification as soon as we begin shopping for your order. Be sure to allow app notifications so our shopper can contact you if an item you need is no longer in stock.
You’ll receive another notification when your order is out for delivery.
Once our shopper has completed shopping your order, you will receive a OneCart receipt via email with a summary of your order, detailing which items were successfully picked by our shopper, according to your order. We’ll also update the items that were out of stock or substituted and confirm the value of each item and if any refunds are due to you.
