Do I get a receipt?


Yes, once the order has been completed by your personal shopper, you will receive a OneCart Receipt via email showing what items have been supplied as per your order, substituted, and which items were out of stock.

The exact amount refunded to your wallet will also be reflected at the bottom of the receipt in green. If the substitutes were more expensive than the original item ordered, the extra debit will be reflected in red at the bottom of the receipt.

OneCart will not be liable to any third-party for any claims relating to the purchase, sale, delivery, and/or consumption of the goods or the consequences which may result.

Please read any warranty documents that may come with the products so that you understand the terms and conditions. You can use your order confirmation as proof of purchase should you need to contact the relevant third-party.
