How do I place an order?

1. Visit www.onecart.co.za and enter your address to view the stores available in your area. Or you can visit your app store and download our app. It’s available on both iOS and Android!!
   
2. Next, you can shop to your heart’s delight using the ‘search’ functionality, or you can shop by a particular store. Simply choose a store and then shop it like it’s hot! You can easily switch between stores and continue shopping as if you were at a mall by category or aisle and store.
   
3. Done shopping? Just click on your cart on the top right-hand side of our website or the bottom right on our app and follow the checkout process. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
   
4. During the checkout process, you may select a delivery time slot that’s convenient to you. You can even place orders up to seven days in advance!
   
5. Complete your payment and voilà. Your order has now been received and will be delivered in the selected timeslot.
