For items that weren’t available or substituted for cheaper items, a refund will be immediately processed to your OneCart wallet once your shopper has concluded shopping.
How do I get my money back into my bank account?
If you’d like the funds transferred back into your bank account instead, follow these 4 easy steps below:
- Step 1 - Ensure you’re logged into your profile on the OneCart website or app.
- Step 2 - Navigate to “My OneCart Wallet”.
- Step 3 - You will have up to three different routes you can choose to action the refund: Refund straight to your bank account, refund to the card you used in the previous transaction, or a refund via Ozow (EFT).
- Step 4 - Follow the prompts, complete all checks required, and select ‘Refund Now/Refund All Now’ at the end.
